It has been a well-known tradition for years that passing an independent EXIN examination does not only result in a certificate, but is also accompanied by the presentation of a metal pin which can be attached to a collar or lapel. EXIN is continuing this long-standing tradition with the introduction of the new pin for the qualification program IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000.
The pins are designed as reflection of the Navigating Eye logo which represents the philosophies behind the new qualification program. The program provides orientation and it can be used as a compass to navigate the best practice universe. The Navigating Eye represents experience in finding trustworthy solutions.
The new qualification program consists of a Foundation exam, five Professional exams and two tracks. The first track is geared towards IT Management, while the second focuses on Auditing. The two tracks are currently in development. There will be a pin associated with each of the qualification levels.
